Reviews and Ratings
The St. Regis Deer Valley offers a beautiful setting and an integrated ski valet service that makes skiing effortless. While the accommodations are luxurious and the views are stunning, the service can be hit or miss, especially with communication. Guests can appreciate the cozy common areas, but some aspects, particularly with housekeeping and room service, could use significant improvement.
Our family had an exceptional stay at the St. Regis Deer Valley. The ski valet was seamless, making our time on the slopes so much easier, especially with the kids. The dining options, although decent, were somewhat limited for families. The resort also enhances the experience with family-friendly activities, but the pool area can get crowded, which was a bit disappointing during peak times.
The St. Regis offers a stunning setting with excellent skiing options and beautiful views. While the room was luxurious and inviting, the service fell short of expectations, particularly with communication and responsiveness. Meals at the on-site restaurants provided good quality but were notably overpriced. Overall, it was a mixed experience where the location and amenities shone, but the service lacked the polish typically associated with the St. Regis name.
The St. Regis Deer Valley offers a luxurious experience with exceptional ski valet service and a lovely family-friendly atmosphere. The dining options are delightful, though it can feel slightly stuck during busy times without a dining car. Some service hiccups occurred, particularly with transportation logistics, but overall, it’s a beautiful spot surrounded by stunning scenery and great amenities for families.
While the St. Regis offered a beautiful setting and luxurious accommodations, my experience was marred by some significant service issues. The dining options were limited, and I struggled with the spa services which did not meet expectations. The hotel’s unique location and the funicular ride added a special touch to my stay, but the overall service left me wishing for more.
